Last night and this morning did some pretend punting.
Basically just swinging my legs as high as I can from side to side.
My upper and lower back have been bothering me for awhile.
Due to sitting all day and no exercise I guess.
Amazing how much better I feel with just the little bit I’ve done.
-walked outside on lunch about an hour
