04/21/12 242 lbs Stretched out with barbell hamstring pulls, touch toes dumbell deadlifts 56lbs 3 sets X 10 reps dumbell sitting press cycle 10lb 15 reps 15 10 20 10 25 10 treadmill warm up a couple minutes walk steadily 30 minutes cool down a few minutes, 35 total when I got off
