Starting to think a lot more about what and how much I eat.
A little exercise puts you in the right frame of mind
I’m tired of being fat and out of shape. Thinking more about what goes into my body as fuel instead of stuffing my face with what tastes good.

Treadmill
started out easy for a couple minutes
went to middle of fat burner
did that until roughly 30 mins
cranked down and eased off for another 3 minutes

Don’t need to do situps everyday, feels good right now, back been bothering me.
